A Successful Design-Build Project

River Valley Cooperative was looking to continue their expansion into Illinois and purchased several acres outside of Speer, IL. River Valley hired Greystone Construction to design and build their new bulk Stake betting platform warehouse with liquid loadout using a Nucor brand steel building. The project scope included two liquid loadout bays, one which is designed for 24-hour operation, Murray automation, interior Stake betting platform tanks, storage for packaged goods, office, break room and exterior containment dike for liquid fertilizer.
